The diet was created by heart specialists who send their overweight heart patients on a 15-day diet before going for a medical procedure. With this diet, you can lose somewhere in the range of 2 and 5 kilograms in 5 days and somewhere in the range of 10 and 15 kilograms in 15 days. With this eating routine, you won't feel feeble and depleted, as it gives a reasonable admission of nutrients and minerals.



Diet Rules


This diet is of the cyclic type. This diet consists of three cycles lasting five days each. After three cycles two weeks break is mandatory.

Consumption of sugar, alcohol, and artificial sweeteners is prohibited. It is necessary to drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

The diet speeds up metabolism and detoxifies the body.


Meal Plan


Day 1

Breakfast: 4 crackers, an orange, a cup of coffee, or unsweetened tea

Lunch: boiled egg, an orange, half of a cup of yogurt

Dinner: two boiled eggs, two tomatoes, a cucumber

Day 2

Breakfast: 4 crackers, an orange, a cup of coffee, or unsweetened tea

Lunch: boiled egg, an orange, half of a cup of yogurt

Dinner: burger ( 125 g ), an orange, tomato, a cup of coffee, or unsweetened tea

Day 3

Breakfast: 4 crackers, an orange, a cup of coffee, or unsweetened tea

Lunch: boiled egg, an orange, half of a cup of yogurt, lettuce or two cucumbers

Dinner: burger, an orange, 4 crackers, two tomatoes, an apple

Day 4

Breakfast: 4 crackers, an orange, a cup of coffee, or unsweetened tea

Lunch: 125 g low-fat cheese, 4 crackers, tomato

Dinner: burger, 2 tomatoes, 4 crackers, an apple

Day 5

Breakfast: 4 crackers, an orange, a cup of coffee, or unsweetened tea

Lunch: 200 g boiled fish or chicken, 4 crackers, tomato

Dinner: boiled egg, 500 g boiled vegetable, tomato
